With or without him Man U will still finish the usual 20 odd points above Liverpool....in fact Man U could play their reserve team and they would still finish above Liverpool.

Without Berbatov I reckon Man U will finish runners up behind Chelsea this season. With him, they could just win the title again.

I wonder what Liverpool's excuse will be this time around when they spectacularly fail to win the Premiership for the 19th successive season......

I think Liverpool will struggle to make top 4 this season, never mind finish above Man Utd.

 

As for an excuse. . . . . all the usual ones, plus the fact that they didn't sign Gareth Barry.

aye...a Derby supporter taking the pee out of a Liverpool supporter is like a Liverpool supporter taking the pee out of Man United.

Liverpool. The epitomy of a team who constantly fail to live up to the hype/expectation. Bit like the England national football team really....promise much, though you never really know why...but always fail miserably.

This season will be no different. 3rd at best, double digit points behind second place, and trying to fend off Arsenal and Villa for their backdoor entrance into the Champions League....though it is scandalous a team who hasnt been champions for nigh on 2 decades can enter the Champions League.....
