lol, in actual fact I am mistaken... the system is working.
To explain to those who read this, the problem PJAY is having is this:
He would like to transfer some of his points into his Rivercard poker room account. Th problem he is having is he does not have a security question to confirm this payment.
The Problem - No Security question
The Resolution - The security question is only required for cash withdrawels, although it is displayed for the poker room transaction it is only necessary when redeeming to cash.
WSOP Europe will only stop a player removing/transfering funds if it: 1) fails security 2) does not meet minimum requirements.
In this instance the payment would fail because either the requested transfer amount did not reach the minimum required (5000 points) or there were not enough points available to transfer. The system has been tested and it will only deny a payment based on the security word if you have requested a cash withdrawel.
