Some changes have been made to the forums to try and fix the discrepancies with posting times. Hopefully the change will improve the situation but I am afraid it may result in posts before the change appearing incorrectly - perhaps being 5 hours out from the correct GMT+0 timezone.

Ah, I found by resetting personal settings sorted it out.  Put it ahead then save then put it back to your time zone and resave.
